11:00 pm / Registration will open at the Host hotel Best Western in Bartlesville.

12:00 pm / HISTORICAL CRUIZE IS UNDER     CONSTRUCTION

5:30 pm / Registration will close for the day.

6:00 pm / We will have a Free Feed @ our Favorite Stray Kat hangout. The Feed will be at Rod’s & Travis shop in Dewey which is Katty Korner to the Tom Mix Museum in Dewey.

Saturday: May 5, 2012

7:00 am / The downtown streets of Dewey will be blocked off and the SK500 will begin. Registration will start at 8:00 am at the Tom Mix Museum in Dewey. Just follow the signs. Registration will run until 3:00 pm.

9:00 am / Dewey is blessed to have a lot of kool antique stores and they will be open so you can find something Kool that you have to have. Also the Tom Mix Museum and the Victorian Dewey Hotel will be open.

10:00 am / Artist from all over the Midwest will be around to show off their talents. Some of the kats will donate a piece of art for our silent auction. This year the money raised will go to the new Dewey City information center.

11:00 am / The Hot Rod Theater will begin in the Tom Mix Museum Theater. The movies will run until 4:00 pm. We will show kool highlights of old “B” movies. This is a purrfect place to get out of the sun and rest your feet.

11:30 am / The Bands: from Kansas City, Missouri The Rumblejetts and Miss Major and her Minor Mood Swings, and From Dallas Texas Pushrod. This group played for us two years ago and we are blessed to have them. They will play until they are through.

1:00 pm / Tribute to Hot Rodder Roger Ward.

5:00 pm / The Sk500 will end for the day and everyone is encouraged to eat at one of or kool eating establishments in the area. If you like Mexican food La Fiesta in Dewey is a very good restaurant. My other suggestion is Murphy’s Steak House in Bartlesville. This a good old Ma-n-Pa diner. If you go get the Hot Hamburger and you have to ask for “Gravy over all.”

Sunday: May 6, 2012

8:00 am / The downtown streets of Dewey will be blocked off and the Show will begin and registration will be at the Tom Mix Museum.

9:00 am / Judging will start and will run until 10:30 am.

10:00 am / Bless'n the rides. We will have a short devotion and then go around and pray for each ride. You may not be a religious person but I believe all Kustom and Hot Rod kats have said this prayer. “God please just get me home.” Ron Myers creates a dash plaque and they will be passed out during the blessing.

11:00 am / Winners will be announced and we will start our drive through awards ceremony.

11:30ish / We will start our trophy presentation.
